Full Job Description
Neway is currently looking for a Social Work Team Manager to join the Children's Social Services team based with Knowsley Council., Oversee and support a team of social workers within the Children's Social Services team.
Ensure high-quality services are delivered to children and families, in line with council standards and best practices.
Conduct regular team meetings, provide supervision, and manage caseloads effectively.
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated support for service users.
