Through additional investment an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative and dynamic team and looking to recruit 3 x wte's B6's in the Children's Speech and Language Service .
We are a reflective team who considering how we can do better to achieve positive change for the children and families we work with, including significant designated time to intervention. As an evolving service, there is potential to explore a range of specialisms. We are seeking an exceptional candidate who has experience, is passionate about the care they deliver, and who wants to be part of a supportive and inclusive team. We really value all of our team members and dedicate a significant amount of time to supporting well being, so much so that we were shortlisted for NHFT's Wellbeing Ambassador Award.
A portion of the post could be working with children who have specific speech and language needs in relation to a Hearing Impairment. We would welcome applicants who are interested in developing this as a specialism. This post would be supported by our Hearing Impairment lead., The Children's Speech and Language Therapy Team provides assessment, treatment and advice to children and young adults aged 0-19 with a wide range of needs. We work in partnership with families, other health professionals and colleagues in education to maintain a holistic approach to the management of the child., Applications will be transferred to the TRAC system, by completing an application you are giving authorisation for the transfer of your data. In submitting an application form, you authorise us to confirm any previous NHS service details via the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) process. Including factual reference, occupational health clearance and statutory and mandatory training records
