Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our care team as a Residential Support Worker! As a Support Worker, you will be working within the residential setting, you will assist students with a range of care activities in the home and support students' needs during leisure activities and school holiday periods. You will promote the student's independence and choices at every opportunity! All staff must be flexible and willing to work shifts that include some evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

  • Experience of working in a similar setting with young children would be an advantage, but is not essential, as full induction and training will be provided.

  • Due to the school's remote location - it is recommended that applicants are able to drive and own their own car.
