From 4 April 2024 overseas workers requiring a general Skilled Worker Visa (such as data analysts, IT and finance professionals, etc) but sponsored by an NHS organisation will need to meet the new salary threshold of £38,700. In addition, applications to the Health and Care Visa route for those occupations paid by NHS bands that are on the immigration salary, a list of skilled jobs which have lower salary requirements, will need to meet the national pay scale for their role or the new minimum salary threshold of £23,200 (whichever is higher). We advise that you check that the role you wish to apply for meets the requirement for sponsorship before applying.

https://www.gov.uk/health-care-worker-visa/different-salary-requirements, To provide a comprehensive administrative role to support the Children's Therapy services (Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy) including the monitoring and coordination of waiting lists; clinic maintenance; processing of new referrals; production of outgoing reports and letters; dealing with patient queries / concerns and working closely with internal stakeholders such as the Operations Manager, Children's Services Manager and the clinical team leads for Therapy services.

-Monitoring and validating waiting lists and other reports related to caseloads and referrals.
-Providing analysis of areas of concern.
-To support the development and redesign of administrative processes.
-Monitoring and management of the admin teams demand and capacity.
-Engage in the introduction of new technology and new working practices and train staff (admin and clinical), to ensure the smooth running of the team/services.
