Full Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and creative Occupational Therapist to lead our Occupational Therapy and MDT Primary Teams in Tower Hamlets.The successful candidate will be part of a stimulating and vibrant MDT where new ideas and innovative practice are welcomed. This position combines the roles of expert clinician with service and staff development, team leadership and multi-disciplinary working. The role also requires working closely alongside therapy staff and our wider partners in the borough., The aim of the role is to provide leadership within the Children's Community therapy team. The post holder is responsible for the day to day operational managerial, clinical and Occupational Therapy professional delivery of the service. The post holder will also lead the integrated Primary Team in line with service objectives. The post holder will continue to have a clinical workload.
