Full Job Description

The team administrator is responsible for ensuring the organisation and delivery of a coordinated and responsive administrative service to the team. This includes diary management and ensuring effective administration of key meetings within the programme. They will be responsible for all administrative support duties including management of databases and advanced-level use of Office IT packages such as word, excel, outlook and power point. The post holder will ensure a positive approach to customer care in line with Frimley ICB's strategy and values.

NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board was formed on 1 July 2022 under the Health and Care Act 2022, replacing NHS Frimley Clinical Commissioning Group.
The ICB is the new statutory NHS organisation responsible for planning and delivering health and care services. It will work collaboratively with partner organisations including the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, people and communities across the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS).

We are committed to delivering a trustworthy, flexible and responsible staff culture., Maintaining systems and processes to guarantee an efficient and effective administrative service, that supports the delivery of activity and performance targets, on behalf of the Head of Transformation
Promoting best working practices, implementing ideas and proactive changes as and where necessary, ensuring standards and protocols are in place.
Providing comprehensive and professional administrative support service to the Head and ad hoc support, as and where required to the other programme co-ordinators.
Ensuring that confidentiality is always maintained regarding the work of the programme.
Managing team diaries, arranging meetings, travel arrangements, appointments, booking rooms and catering where appropriate, virtual and/or face to face meetings.
Ensuring an effective electronic filing system is in place both manually and electronically and any other administrative systems required.
Liaising with key contacts at all levels, ensuring that administrative duties relating to the programme are resolved effectively.
