Children Worker

We are looking for a passionate Religious Workers, who are self-motivated, advanced persons who will be working with children aged 0-12, to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate for continual improvement vibrant ministries for Christian education and spiritual formation of children.

Duties and Tasks:
1. Planning, communicating, and participating in activities and events
2. Developing spiritual nurture including Biblical literacy
3. Building relationships with children
4. Leading the children worship
5. Supporting and encouraging parents with their children's spiritual formation.
6. Doing other duties assigned by the Bishop/designate

1. To Have a strong commitment to Christ and to the Christian education and spiritual formation of Children.
2. To Exhibits solid interpersonal, planning, teaching, and mentoring skills.
3. To Demonstrates the ability to work harmoniously and compassionately with parents and children.
4. Is committed to being present on Sunday mornings and on other occasions when programs for children are offered.

Advantageous Skills
1. Ability to read and speak language such as; Akan (Twi), Swahili, or Kikuyu
