+ A recognised qualification in nursing, social work, or allied health professions. + Experience working with children and young people facing mental health challenges. + Knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or systemic approaches. + Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. + A commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth. You'll have the chance to grow professionally while making a real impact on young people's lives., + Clinical Expertise: Experience in conducting mental health assessments, formulating tailored interventions, and addressing the diverse needs of the client group. + Risk Management: Proven experience supporting children and young people who present with clinical risk due to mental and emotional health needs. + Resilience Under Pressure: Confidence in managing a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability. + Practicality and Mobility: Access to transport or the ability to travel to various venues as required throughout the working day.
