Children and Young Peoples Registered Manager

We are seeking 2 dedicated Registered Children's Managers (job share) to oversee the daily operations for our Children and Young Peoples (Semi-) Independent Supported Accommodation service(s). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management in Children's Residential Care, and/or Youth Work environment, to ensure the highest quality standards of care., Manage the referral, transitioning and discharge of children and young people
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to each child's needs
- Supervise and manage a team of support workers including deputy managers and psychologists to provide exceptional support system
- Ensure compliance with all Ousted regulations and standards in Supported Accommodation
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive support planning
- Oversee the daily activities and well-being of children and young people in the accommodation

Level 5 Registered Manager qualification, or equivalent Degree
- Proven experience in supervising staff and managing child and young peoples services
- Strong knowledge of trauma care practices and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with families, health and social care professionals effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
