Full Job Description

  • Manage and reassess a client list, conducting Report of Findings and New Patient examinations.

  • Deliver in-house health talks and timely adjustments.

  • Be a team player, passionate about chiropractic care, and open to continuous learning.

  • Attend weekly and quarterly team meetings.

  • Contribute to the practice's growth and expansion.

  • Occasionally write reports or letters for solicitors, GPs, or insurance companies (minimal as we are a 100% cash basis practice).

    About Us: Thame Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a dedicated chiropractor to join our vibrant and supportive team. Nestled in the charming market town of Thame, just 9 miles from Oxford and easily accessible from London, our clinic offers a picturesque and convenient location for both work and leisure. With over 11 years in business and currently expanding, we pride ourselves on our family-oriented, subluxation-based practice, serving a diverse clientele, including many babies, children, and pregnant moms.

    Immediate Clientele: Start with new clients right away and take over an existing client list.

  • Philosophy: Subluxation-based practice ensuring less stress as our clients understand our approach.

  • Generous Bonus Scheme: The more patients you see, the more you earn. Example:

  • 50 patients/week: approx. £46,620/year

  • 80 patients/week: approx. £80,784/year

  • 120 patients/week: approx. £131,076/year

  • Flexible Schedule: Work only 3 ½ days a week for a full-time salary.

  • Mentoring and Development: Receive ongoing mentoring and training from our experienced chiropractor and SOT Craniopath, enhancing your skills and confidence.
