Full Job Description

We are now recruiting Christmas Customer Advisors for our Gateshead, Metrocentre store, starting from October onwards. A variety of shifts are available, which may include evenings and weekends. Exact shift patterns will be discussed at the interview stage. Please note that due to high demand, this advert may close early once we've received enough applications., Christmas at Boots is our busiest and most exciting time of the year, and we're looking for enthusiastic Customer Advisors to join our team. This is a great opportunity whether it's your first job or if you're seeking a new challenge in retail. While the position is temporary, there could be potential for a permanent role based on future opportunities in your area.
As a Christmas Customer Advisor, you'll work in-store and report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your duties may include:
o Helping customers find the best gifts, answering questions, and offering great advice.
o Providing assistance on tills and maintaining the shop floor.
o Supporting daily operational activities, including stock management and product displays.
o Collaborating with the team to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

o Full training is provided, but you'll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong communication and listening skills.
o Enjoy working as part of a team.
o Be proud to represent the Boots brand and deliver excellent customer service.
Desirable (but not essential):
o Previous experience in customer service or retail.
