CHU / Personal Assistant / Support Worker

Personal assistant/ Support worker required for a 56 year old lady living in Dorking.
Monday - Friday, 10 hours a week, working two hours a day from 10am - noon. There is some flexibility in the start and finish times that can be discussed to suit both parties.
Rate of pay £13.15 per hour.
Driver required and you will use your own car to transport me to activities and shopping as required. You will be reimbursed for petrol expenses.
I need support with attending hospital/ GP appointments as required. Support with cleaning around the house, laundry and with food preparation. Support me to go shopping every other Wednesday and writing up a shopping list. I would like to go swimming once a week and you would need to get in the swimming pool with me. You will also encourage me to complete my physio exercises.
