Your role as a fraud safeguarding volunteer will be to visit vulnerable victims of fraud to:
- Help them write correspondence e.g. letters to banks if no refund is received.
- Fit a trueCALL to their telephone landline (device that plugs into the phone and the device plugs into the telephone socket) this helps stop 90+% of nuisance calls and prevents them becoming repeat victims of fraud.
- Helping to man stalls at events such as Colleges, Universities, Women's Institute meetings, Rotary Club events etc.
- To attend banks and other public areas, providing advice and raising awareness to members of the public about fraud

This opportunity is subject to police vetting and to qualify you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
