You will join the team as a Cisco Customer Success Manager, who are a part of our wider Customer Experience Team. By becoming a member of the Customer Success unit, you will be part of a group who are motivated to provide customers with the best experience by supporting them through their agreement lifecycles as well as ensuring that they are maximising their investments in IT., As a Cisco Customer Success Manager, you will be given the opportunity to represent one of Softcat's biggest partners by building excellent relationships with our Mid-Market to Enterprise customers. The successful candidate will be key in developing awareness and knowledge on the importance of driving adoption and supporting our customers throughout their entire customer journey. We are looking for a proactive individual who is capable of working on multiple customer engagements, initiatives and supporting numerous specialist teams on key deals. You will have a solid understanding of the core architectures of Cisco and have proven experience in delivering value to customers. The role will require excellent communication skills both internally and externally.

As a Cisco Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with Customers to identify business requirements and define a Customer Success Plan based on Software investments to achieve a business outcome

  • Informing and supporting customer transformation projects with software adoption services

  • Introducing and onboarding customers into Vendor programs/adoption/ agreement portals

  • Conducting regular Customer Quarterly Business Reviews to provide valuable insights into the health of the customer relationship with Softcat, software utilization/adoption and additional educational resources available to support the customer through their Lifecycle

  • Proactively looking for expansion opportunities that will help the customer achieve their desired business outcome

  • Providing support and responsible for improving Softcat's NPS and Customer Satisfaction scores via internal feedback groups

    Proven experience & knowledge of Cisco program, product and agreement knowledge is desirable

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Able to multi-task and prioritise requirements, whilst maintaining a focus on quality work

  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive and hardworking, with a keen eye for detail
