Full Job Description
YOUR ROLE
- Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Videoconferencing Oriented Incidents
- Respond to specific hardware or application requests.
- Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects
- Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.
- Ensure the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure.
- Management of local team and sharing of skills.
Advanced knowledge of Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx.), Webex, and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip …) - Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSan
- Storage Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems
- Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols and WAN/LAN and security as well as system administration and PC environment would be a plus.
- Team Management/ People Skills.
