Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cisco Project Manager to lead and deliver critical network and infrastructure projects on a 3-month rolling contract, based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of Cisco-related projects, including network upgrades, implementations, and security improvements. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution within scope, budget, and time constraints., Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Cisco infrastructure and network projects, including planning, design, implementation, and migration.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with network engineers, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful execution of Cisco solutions, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and collaboration tools.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of Cisco hardware and software, ensuring that all solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and managing escalation where necessary.
- Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating project meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of equipment, services, and support.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated, following best practices and governance standards.
- Monitor project costs and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of budget and resources throughout the project life cycle.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically managing Cisco-based infrastructure or networking projects.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, and collaboration tools (eg, Cisco WebEx, Cisco Unified Communications).
- Ability to manage complex network upgrade and implementation projects across multiple locations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Experience with network security, routing protocols, LAN/WAN environments, and Cisco configurations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of managing project risks and issues effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices.
