Here at Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC), we are an inclusive and dedicated organisation working to provide excellent care to our entitled personnel.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic Civilian Medical Practitioner to work alongside our Primary Healthcare Team.
This post is located at Alexander Barracks, Pirbright Camp, Brookwood, Surrey, GU24 0QQ, however, there is an expectation that the Post Holder may be required to work across other sites of the Group Practice (current sites include Pirbright and Windsor Combermere, but others may be required should the practice grow).
This is a permanent role consisting of 37 hours a week.

If so, we'd love to hear from you., The successful candidate will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Pirbright Combined Medical Practice to provide primary and occupational Healthcare in line with General Medical Council (GMC) standards to ensure that the organisational and Senior Medical Officer's (SMO) objectives are achieved to optimise patient care., + Providing general healthcare to all registered patients during normal practice hours.
+ Maximising the levels of health, wellbeing and employability of Service personnel to ensure the needs of the single service are met.
+ Providing appropriate preventitive medical advice to both individuals and Chain of Command.
+ Mentoring of junior personnel, helping to ensure that their training needs are met and that any shortfalls are identified and addressed., We'll assess you against these behaviours during the selection process:

There is no requirement to deploy as this is met by our uniformed personnel, but you will form the continuity of care required by our patients when based at home.
