Civils Avoidance Engineer (Pre Pull) - Birmingham

Nano Fibre UK are looking for Civils Avoidance / TRR Operatives for the Birmingham area to help support us as we scale. We are a fast growing company who are committed to offering the best service to our customers from our engineers in this region. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to carry out TRR work to support us in delivering our customer promise. You may either be a current TRR Operative or someone who is currently a fibre broadband engineer who is looking to get into TRR work and are willing to learn.

• You will have experience and a proven track record working in a TRR environment identifying allocated CBT's and pulling cabling from chambers to customers property
• You will be required to ensure our risk assessments are carried out and all processes are followed regarding permits and reporting blockages to the Civils teams.
• You should show effective problem solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork and brilliant customer service.
• You should possess good logical skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be willing to find the best customer solutions possible.
• Nano covers different areas of the country so you may have to travel some times.
• The ability to work irregular hours and overtime to achieve our customer service targets is some times required.
• You should be medically fit and able to carry out a physical job in all weathers.
• Able to work in teams or alone to meet our SLA KPI' s set by our partners.
• Willing to work in other locations within the UK if required (accommodation provided)
Qualifications and experience Minimum of 1 year working in a similar role preferred. Accreditations : o SAOO2 PIA Underground Safety (preferred) o S7 PIA Sub-Duct and Cable Installation (preferred)
