Full Job Description

  • This role is a 12 month fixed term contract , Filling out Sussex schedule all day, every day - ensuring all works are on there and up to date.

  • Booking in jobs on a daily basis as they come through.

  • Booking in TM for jobs which require so.

  • Order materials for jobs e.g. tarmac

  • Ensuring crews and drivers have enough work each day.

  • Ensuring jobs that need permits have them.

  • Liaising with the client - Southern Water when required.

  • Responding the queries, questions and concerns of jobs over the phone and email.

  • Liaising with supervisor and crews daily to keep up to date with progress on jobs.

  • Liaising with TM companies, Highways, Councils and bus companies in order to book works in

  • appropriately.

  • Speaking to customers where required - if complaint/question/issue.

  • Admin cover when Administrator is off - includes calling customers throughout job process, getting correct maps for jobs, sending jobs on Corona, looking after the SIT list, closing jobs etc.

  • Paperwork chases for crews when needed.

  • Ensure SIT list is up to date - SIT list cleanse with Administrator regularly to ensure no jobs are being

  • missed. Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post
