Full Job Description

To provide first line compliance checks against all contractual documentation submitted by Learning & Skills operations to then process accurate ILR data which supports the financial claim for payments against contract milestones and outputs for a range of ESFA and Combined Authorities Learning & Skills Contracts. This is a Hybrid role, supporting with administrative tasks 2-3 days per week in the office (free parking on site). There will be flexibility on the days required in the office. The successful candidate will work across the Skill Support Team on tasks to include, processing student data, registration and certification, exam bookings and compliance checks.

+ At least Level 2 English and Maths (A

  • -C/Level 4-9 GCSE)
  • + Experience working with a busy compliance, data, audit or administration environment + ood working knowledge of computer software packages particularly those in the Microsoft Suite i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
