Full Job Description

We're on the hunt for an engaging and dynamic Claims Executive who will ensure the delivery of a proactive, efficient and effective claims service across our Thames Valley Region. In this role you will be responsible for managing & overseeing client claims with insurers negotiating appropriate claims settlements whilst being fully compliant with FCA guidelines. You will also support our Account Executives with client retention and new business opportunities by promoting and embracing our Claims Proposition.,

  • Stewardship of large clients (as defined by the region) for all things claims. Expectations are to lead the claims proposition with the Account Executive, face to face with clients, regular claims meetings as dictated by client needs and claim volumes.
  • Presentation of claims proposition to prospective clients.
  • Ensure delivery of a proactive, efficient and effective claims service providing accurate, compliant and value-added services.
  • Management of high value and / or complex claims.

    If you have at least 2 years insurance experience and are keen to progress, then please get in touch! We are passionate about development and will make sure you get all the training and development you need to progress with us.
  • The role is office based in Basingstoke / Winnersh however the team currently work in a hybrid manner and are extremely flexible with working patterns. There will be regular travel to clients in the Region.,
  • Experience of working in the insurance industry for at least 2 years
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Keen Eye for detail
  • Good influencing skills and commercial awareness
  • Resilience, to enable you to deal with problems and constructive feedback
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative
