Claims Handler

RSA has an exciting opportunity to join the Caravan Guard Team within the Commercial Claims department as a Claims Handler based in our Manchester office. As a Claims Handler you will be responsible for handling a caseload of Caravan and Holiday home claims. Alongside this, you’ll be working closely with our colleagues and partners to ensure our customers receive first class claims service. You will handle claims from registration through to settlement liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a consistent basis, building great working relationships with our customers, brokers, and suppliers.

You will have previous experience as a Commercial Property or General Insurance Claims Handler. However, this experience is not essential, as full support and training will be provided to the right person. In addition, you will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines while contributing to process improvements.
