Claims Hanlder

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Bristol. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We have a new opportunity for an experienced Claims Advisor to join our teams in either our Glasgow, Leeds or Bristol offices. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills. We will rely on you to:

• Investigate and process insurance claims
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Assess claims validity and ensure timely settlements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
  
  Previous experience in insurance claims handling is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in using claims management software
