Claims and Inquest Manager

The post-holder will support the relevant Executive Directors in providing an effective and efficient legal/ inquest service for the Trust. They will manage the operational management of clinical negligence, employer, property and public liability claims, inquests, and any associated work. They are responsible for the coordination of all inquest / legal activities.

Part time - 30 hours per week, The Manager will function as a resource for Trust staff and maintain close liaison with the coroner's office to facilitate the inquest process.

They will update and maintain accurate data to facilitate reporting.

The post holder will contribute to the Trust's clinical and corporate governance processes.
