Pay Rate: £ 27,400 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday - Friday office hours Location: Normanton - WF6 1TF DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Claims & Inventory First Line Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Maintain system integrity, Stock Control, Goods Receipt / Despatch Processes, Reverse Logistics
- Ensure customer claims and helpdesk support is managed within SLA agreement and KPI reporting as per the agreed procedures
- Ensuring compliance of all customer requirements and engagement with business partners and customers to promote best in class. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? - Proficient in effective verbal and written communication across all levels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
- Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports A recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be well-received.
