Full Job Description

  • Develop and build valued meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers, and key customers, via contact plans.
  • Effective management of broker panel, aligning to the wider AXA Commercial vision.
  • Be involved with renewal retention and profitability improvement on large case management clients.
  • Articulate and promote AXA's claims proposition and educate stakeholders. Deliver presentations to a variety of audiences via different methods.
  • Proactively identify and drive pipeline and large case management with sales and underwriting colleagues.
  • Onboarding and continued governance of broker claims delegated authorities.
  • Work with Claims Operations, Supply Chain and Legal teams to effectively onboard new business.

  • Demonstratable experience in commercial insurance - essential.
  • Previous experience in claims, sales, underwriting or with brokers would be beneficial.
  • Excellent proven relationship management skills in a customer facing role.
  • Proven ability to influence to achieve optimum results and maintain harmonious relationships.
  • Risk and insurance market awareness both within AXA and externally - preferred.
  • Desire and ability to make a difference without instruction.
  • Effective time management and organisation skills.

    This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
