Join our Central PMO Tooling & Reporting team as a Clarity Timesheet Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in standardising resource capitalisation across Virgin Media O2. In this position, you will support timesheet users and stakeholders, ensuring that time is accurately booked weekly across VMO2's projects and business areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards in resource data management will help maintain seamless operations and enhance overall efficiency., You'll also be responsible for training users on how to submit and approve timesheets, maintaining comprehensive 'how-to' guides, and creating new training materials. You will manage the Clarity support mailbox, providing day-to-day assistance to end users while supplying adherence and utilisation data to management. Additionally, you will capture user feedback and serve as a key point of contact for improvements to the timesheet functionality and process. In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Experience using Clarity PPM (or similar tool)
- Knowledge of Clarity PPM modules Ideas, Project, Financials, Timesheet and Resource Management
- Modern and Classic UX experience
- Basic understanding of capitalisation and operating costs in a project context The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love it if you could bring;
- Knowledge of SQL and or C++
- Developer/Support/Admin of Clarity PPM
- A foundation level project management qualification
