Class 1 Driver - Special Cargo

If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as Class 1 Driver., You will be responsible for the transporting high-value, sensitive, and oversized cargo, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

• Working days or tramping
• Ensure all cargo is securely loaded and complies with legal and safety requirements.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed, using specialised equipment if required.
  
  You will need to have held a Class 1 Licence, CPC, DIGI card and experience driving artics for a minimum of 2 years. Alongside this, you must possess good customer service skills as this is a customer facing role. Our ideal candidate is capable to fit into an expanding and dynamic team.
