Class 1 Weekend Drivers

The position of Class 1 Driver involves :

• Delivering to retail stores on curtain side and box trailers on single and double deck trailers.
• Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectations.
• Attending regular training sessions.
  
  Essential skills required for Class 1 Driver :
• Must have a UK Class 1 (CE) Driving Licence.
• Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.
• Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Working to deadlines.
• Confident, polite and a team player.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.
  
  Rate for Class 1 Driver is £207.07 per shift, working Saturdays and Sundays.
• Start time 04 : 00hrs.
• Overtime may be available Monday Friday, although this is not guaranteed.
