Class 2 Driver

This role involves a combination of manual handling and the use of a forklift truck (FLT) to load and unload vehicles at our customer sites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Loading and Unloading: Efficiently and safely using the FLT to handle goods, ensuring all items are securely loaded and unloaded.
Manual Handling: Performing some manual handling tasks as required, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices.
Paperwork Management: Ensuring all delivery and collection paperwork is accurately completed and handed over to the appropriate personnel.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and reporting any issues promptly.

Hold an in-date Class 2 license
Have no more than 6 points
Hold a full CPC qualification and Tachograph card
Have a positive and determined attitude

It also would be desirable for the successful candidate to hold a FLT license however this is not essential.

This role will see you starting from 05:00 making deliveries all across the Midlands and ocasionally across the London area.
