As a Class Teacher you will need to:
+ Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students across KS2
+ Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and eager to learn
+ Use tailored behaviour management strategies that suit the developmental needs of primary-aged children, promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning atmosphere
+ Exhibit strong communication skills and demonstrate excellent classroom management to ensure an effective and productive learning environment
+ Contribute to the wider school community, actively participating in school initiatives and fostering positive relationships within and beyond the classroom
Requirements of suitable Class Teacher applicants

+ Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one through anzuk
+ Experience teaching KS2 students, with a solid understanding of the curriculum and learning needs at this stage
+ Knowledge of SEND, with the ability to adapt lessons to support students with special educational needs
+ Possess a recognised teaching qualification, such as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
+ Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK
