Full Job Description

  • To demonstrate a commitment to achieve the best outcomes for all children both in terms of their academic progress and well-being

    Excellent communication skills
  • Teaching experience in Early Years/KS1 (desirable)
  • An ability to work towards deadlines with high levels of accuracy
  • Evidence of excellent teaching skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Understands and deploys suitable pedagogy when teaching and has good subject knowledge to teach at the age range required.
  • Can identify the needs of pupils and use detailed knowledge and skills to support pupils' learning. (desirable)
  • Good classroom management
  • Can establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
  • Works well within and contributes to team development. Shows keenness to network beyond the school.
