Full Job Description

The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated class teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for teaching engaging and well-organised lessons (supported by our incredible Cube Curriculum), supporting children in achieving their best, and nurturing individual talents and skills. The successful candidate will be required to teach across Key Stage and will contribute to the broader life of the school.,

  • Plan and deliver challenging lessons that inspire and motivate children.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Create a safe and purposeful learning environment that promotes excellence.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Lead and manage support staff to help raise standards.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues.

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience of teaching in either Key Stage 1 or 2 with evidence of good or better progress by pupils.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • Outstanding behaviour management skills delivered through quality first teaching.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and meeting the needs of all learners.
  • Desirable Experience
  • Experience in leading a subject across the school.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
