We are seeking to appoint an inspirational ECT teacher or main scale teacher in January 2025 who is able to motivate and engage pupils by delivering high quality teaching and learning through a rich learning environment. The ideal candidate will seek to progress children in their learning by providing personalised, challenging learning experiences to allow them to reach their potential and beyond. We are looking for somebody who can commit to his or her own professional development and is ambitious in his or her career.

We are looking for an applicant who has demonstrated consistent good outstanding qualities through placements or Performance Management, and who can reflect on their abilities. We are looking for somebody who can work under their own initiative, but also somebody who will work closely with colleagues as part of a team and engage fully in everything needed to continue with the success of taking our school from good to outstanding.
