Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the school values of love, peace, honesty, respect, friendship and endurance.

• Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment, utilising a range of teaching
methods and resources.
• Establish effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and promote a
conducive learning atmosphere.
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic
growth and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
  
  A recognised teaching qualification and relevant experience.
