Full Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high quality inclusive teaching, including maintenance of all subject curriculum related documentation, including student progress, attainment and accreditation.

  • A dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational teacher who can work creatively to enhance the education of students with a range of SEMH needs, as they journey through to adulthood.
  • Relevant experience and understanding of working in a similar teaching environment for students with SEMH needs.
  • Self-reflection on the effectiveness of lessons and approaches to teaching., The post will require elements of delivering maths, English, functional skills and life skills alongside promoting independence and preparation for adulthood. It will also include aspects of creative and artistic subjects, and therefore the ideal candidate will have a broad range of teaching experience, but with a particular interest in Arts and Craft.
