Full Job Description

Greenmount Primary School are seeking to appoint a hard-working, dependable and self-motivated person, to join our team with effect from September.

At the direction of the senior leadership team you will oversee the teaching and development for a class of children.

The role includes duties in addition to those covered by the latest Main Pay Range Teachers' Responsibilities. These include:

Supporting the vision, values and aims of our school and contribute to the school community it serves.

Ensuring provision to the highest possible standards of teaching, learning, and development of the pupils in your charge.

Foster a learning environment and educational experience that is fully inclusive and provides children with the opportunity to fulfil their individual potential.

Undertake any additional responsibilities or duties reasonably directed by the Head teacher.

Full working knowledge of policies and practices of schools.

Excellent understanding of pupils' educational development

Effective teaching, learning and assessment strategies

A good knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum

A commitment to make a difference, inspire and motivate.
