Full Job Description

This role is based in a safe house in the Thanet area.About the jobWe are seeking a confident and experienced Cleaner with a wide range of skills and importantly, a 'can do' approach.
As a Cleaner, you will carry out deep cleansing of all areas of the service as requested by the Service Manager. You will also ensure all communal areas are cleaned on a rotational basis to a high standard.

You will work alone and ensure the security of the safe house. You will undertake daily cleaning duties of vacuuming, washing and mopping floors in all visible areas. This includes stairs and landings, as well as cleaning toilets, sinks, showers and washing tiles when needed.
You must have experience of cleaning in a domestic or commercial environment.

You must be flexible in the hours that can be worked and able to share responsibilities and workload with another Cleaner working alongside each other on alternative days.

This role is restricted for females under the Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 and is subject to satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service checks.

The ability to drive with a valid licence is essential, you do not need to own a car.
