Cleaner

An opportunity has arisen to join our team of cleaners, on a job share, part time permanent basis.

Our hard-working team of cleaners provide a cleaning and clearance service across our range of housing stock within Crawley. You will be required primarily to help clean communal areas of blocks of flats, but we also clean sheltered housing schemes, hostels, bin stores, and void properties.

To succeed, you should have previous experience of cleaning commercial or residential premises, a working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, and the ability to use mechanised cleaning equipment. A positive attitude towards customer service is essential and a flexible approach is also necessary, along with a full current UK driving licence.

The hours of work for this job share role are 12 hours per week:

• 8am until 9.30am, then 2.30pm until 3.30pm Monday to Thursday


• 8am to 3pm Friday


During school holidays there will be a requirement to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday., Satisfactory Clearance of a Basic Disclosure and Barring check (DBS) will be a condition of employment.

A full current UK driving licence is required to perform the role.

Uniform will be provided.
