Full Job Description

The Governors at Burnt Tree Primary School are looking to appoint a cheerful and enthusiastic cleaner to work as part of our own dedicated cleaning team. The role will involve general cleaning of the school buildings. You will work both individually in a section of the school and as part of a team.,

Mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning tables & sinks within classrooms
Emptying bins and disposal of waste
Sanitize and clean washrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Replenish consumables when required
Monitor stock levels
Report any premise defects to the Site Manager

Recent experience of cleaning within a school setting is desirable
A good timekeeper
Has attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
Able to work as a team and on your own
Self-motivated
Reliable

This permanent post is for 12.5 hours per week 3.30pm-6.00pm Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year with holiday entitlement., Band A, SCP 2- £22,366 pro rata (actual £6,597per annum) plus a Living Wage supplement to £12.00 per hour, payable from 1 April 2024
