Cleaner

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across our school facilities. You will be an important part of our team, responsible for creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors. This includes routine cleaning and health and safety checks. You will work as part of a supportive team to uphold the high standards of the Academy.,

• Carry out general cleaning duties, including deep cleans classrooms, corridors, and toilets.
• Ensure spillages are immediately cleaned and areas made safe.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals according to instructions.
• Refill and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries (e.g., handwash, toilet paper).
• Check and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure it is fit for purpose.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Serve as a positive role model to students, encouraging a respectful and responsible school environment.
