Kirton Lindsey Primary School is looking for a cleaner to join our team. The successful cleaner will work under the direction of the Cleaner-in-Charge and a small team to provide our children and staff with a clean and hygienic environment. The successful cleaner will take pride and care in their work. This is an essential and highly-valued role and the successful cleaner will be welcomed into our wider workforce. As our cleaner you will:

  • Be responsible for the cleaning duties of fixtures, fittings and the fabric of school buildings.
  • Undertake cleaning tasks as directed by the Cleaner-in-Charge.
  • Operate domestic and industrial cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Ensure the safe use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment.
