Support the Hotel Services department to provide an effective and efficient cleaning service within health centers, clinics, Community centers in-line with National Specifications for Cleanliness in the NHS.

To meet the requirements of patients, Service Users, staff and visitors to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Main duties of the job

To maintain standards in line with National Specifications for Cleanliness in the NHS.

Follow correct cleaning methods to meet Trust Standard Cleaning Procedures.

To follow National Colour Coding in line with infection prevention and control guidance.

To work alongside and communicate with clinical / departmental leads, building custodians, patients, and service users.

To work together and communicate with line manager on all relevant work-related matters.

To ensure safe use and storage of materials to meet health and safety regulations and adhere to Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations.
