Full Time - 37 Hours Per Week - Based over multiple sites including Hackney,Tower Hamlets and Enfield

£25,295pa

The role - Cleaner/Caretaker

As a Cleaner/Caretaker you will be at responsible for delivering the day-to-day cleaning & caretaking services on our Estates in Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Enfield where no 2 days are the same.

What you'll do

You will

Carry out cleaning & caretaking on the internal and external communal areas to a high standard
Ensure all sites meet Health & Safety standards
Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents, We're also committed to ensuring that our people have access to an excellent range of learning and development opportunities including our induction programme, course sponsorship, leadership development, mentoring and talent schemes along with professional membership if it's a requirement to your role.

has experience of cleaning and caretaking in a residential setting or similar role
is physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role
has a basic understanding of Health & Safety within a caretaking setting
can demonstrate good customer service skills
has the ability to prioritise their workload
Has a Drivers Licence, Disability Confident
