Cleaner - Full time

Nu-Look is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as cleaners for a high security facility at a number of locations in London.

As a cleaner in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, & security of the facility while adhering to strict security protocols for a full time position.

Applicants must be responsible and willing to work as part of a team, each day is different with new challenges every day.

We are looking for someone willing to work hard and grow within the company. This is a very varied role and some of the job duties (but not limited to) include;

• Preform thorough cleaning of requested areas, common areas and administrative offices within the facility.


• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations and facility protocols.


• Monitor & replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed to ensure efficient operations.


• Inspect facilities for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate authorities.


• Follow strict security protocols and procedures while carrying out cleaning duties to maintain safety and prevent security breaches.


• Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritize areas requiring immediate attention.


• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on safety protocols, procedures and any changes in cleaning practices.


• Uphold confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information encountered during the course of duty.


• Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as spills or accidents, and assist facility staff as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of Facility individuals and staff.
  
  Prior experience in commercial cleaning preferred.


• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain necessary security clearance. ( enhanced DBS)


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.


• Ability to follow strict security protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.


• Flexibility to work various shifts.


• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.


• High school diploma or equivalent preferred., cleaning: 3 years (required)


• janitorial: 3 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
