Cleaner / Handyperson

Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, toilet cleaning, bin emptying, jet washing, changing light bulbs, and minor repairs.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
Collaborate with external tradespeople to ensure larger repairs are completed efficiently.

Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual labour tasks effectively.
