Cleaner - Monmouth, Monmouthshire (Sir Fynwy)

As a Housekeeper for Raglan Lodge, you play a vital role in ensuring our 43-room lodge is clean, welcoming, and ready for our guests. Your efforts will make our guests feel at home, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. In this role, you'll be provided with all the training, tools, and support you need to ensure each room meets our high standards. From making beds to cleaning bathrooms and preparing rooms for the next arrival, your attention to detail and pride in your work will help maintain our reputation for excellence. • 9:30am - 1:30pm scheduled across a 7-day rota., Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, including changing bed linens, making beds, and restocking towels and amenities.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces in guest rooms and communal areas (e.g., hallways, reception, and lounges).
• Monitor and restock supplies like cleaning products, toiletries, and room amenities, reporting low stock as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Maintain a friendly and professional manner when interacting with guests.
• Collaborate with management and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and adapt to varying workloads and priorities effectively.
  
  Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
• A positive can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work the hours required for the role (this covers Mon-Sun on a rota basis)
