Full Job Description

Working both independently and within a close team, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures. Whilst maintaining hygiene levels is an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer facing role will require you to deliver high standard of customer service to the clients across the facility.

If you have previously worked within a commercial cleaning environment then this would be an advantage however, at Norse we can offer full training and support for enthusiastic individuals if you can demonstrate :

  • Experience working in a role that effects members of the public
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work autonomously, as an individual and as part of a team
  • Capable of managing your own workload
  • Knowledge of relevant health & safety guidelines / legislation would be an advantage, If you have a great eye for detail and enjoy cleaning this is the perfect opportunity for you.
