Cleaners required for Dorothy Stringer School (Term Time only, plus two additional weeks to be worked during school holiday periods), Dorothy Stringer School requires a cleaner to join our friendly and efficient team. Working under the direction of the the Cleaning Manager to provide an efficient service of cleanliness, ensuring that all assigned areas are cleaned to the standard required within set procedures in order to ensure a clean and safe learning environment for our students.

Our school is 'Good' (Ofsted 2018), being one of the most popular and successful 11-16 mixed comprehensive schools in the Preston Park area of Brighton, consistently over-subscribed.

Our curriculum is broad and balanced and offers many exciting opportunities for all students, both in school and out. There are tremendous extra-curricular opportunities at Dorothy Stringer through sport, performing arts, the Junior Leadership Team, Art on-going links with our partner schools in Africa, the Duke of Edinburgh award, as well as a number of other trips. In short, we believe there is something for everyone at the school.

Hours: 15 hours per week - 3.15pm to 6.15pm, Monday to Friday

Applicants are also required to work an additional 2 weeks per year during the school holidays. These days will be flexible and at the discretion of the Management Team.
