Cleaning Area Supervisor

Here at Antac we have an exciting opportunity for an Area Cleaning Supervisor to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for someone to travel across various client sites in the Thames Valley region to support the operations manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day contracts, and ensuring work is completed within the agreed time frames to a high standard. You will be assisting with staff training to ensuring all duties are carried out safely and efficiently across the area. For this role you will be contracted to 40 hours per week, and this will include evening visits.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

Quality Audits
Ordering Consumable / Supplies
Timesheet management of the team
Organising Holiday and sickness cover
Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety Policy, PAT testing and Risk Assessment
Monitoring the mobile team and setting expectations
Attend Weekly Meetings with both internal and external stakeholders

Previous experience working at a supervisory level within a cleaning team
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Excellent Customer Service skills
High attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
For this role we will require you to have a flexible approach to the working hours, as this position will require you to work some evenings and early mornings dependent on the contractual requirements of our clients.
